It seems like the owner only uses a virtual assistant to manage the property. Positive: Nice location, clean House and area. Air Conditioner in both rooms. Clean bathroom and a functional kitchen Negative: The staff never replied to our texts or questions, but we still got 3 scheduled messages with instructions. Some of the TV remotes didn't even have batteries. The dryer kept breaking down so much that I had to stand in front of it to restart the cycle. Idk of they don't speak Spanish, wich is ridiculous is in PR. At least the house was clean. Bring or bought laundry detergent to use the washer.
